From the newspaper it would seem that not for profits and charities are easy targets for inside frauds.  

Standard Operating Procedures are not followed or developed and this lack of control makes these types of organizations ripe for the picking. 

Funders want the assurance that the money they give goes to the purpose for which it was given.  Can your organization give them that assurance?
